In 2019, actress, Anne Sofie Espersen, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. In the TV programme, Just Breathe, Anne Sofie joins a wild experiment to boost her immune system and strengthen her body. Guided by breathing instructor, Birger Hanzen, and using simple breathing techniques, hyper ventilation and freezingly cold water, Anne Sofie together with physicians and biochemists will investigate what happens if you start paying attention to your breathing and mix it with cold baths.
