Young people's mental health is under pressure, and disorders such as stress, depression and general anxiety are becoming more and more widespread. In collaboration with Systime, a learning platform for digital education targeted at the upper secondary school, the ambition is to produce new cinematic content about stress, depression and generalized anxiety. With its case and expert-based approach, the teaching tool will greatly motivate teachers and students in upper secondary school to work with the issues and create fertile ground for in-depth learning and dialogue - and thus also increased knowledge of and understanding of the subjects.
The learning tool will consist of 20 short explanatory films featuring experts, 3 case stories and an interactive stress game that will be integrated into Systime's digital teaching material covering the subjects of biology, biotechnology, psychology and social studies. The learning material is an important contribution and supplement to the subjects' core subject areas, respectively physiology, personality & identity and sociology and will be freely available to everyone
